摘要 目的了解济南市托幼机构直饮水机卫生现况,为卫生行政部门对直饮水机的监管提供依据。方法 2019年9~11月抽样调查托幼机构直饮水机的水处理工艺、安装位置和维护管理,以及直饮水的微生物监测。结果 2019年济南市直饮水机的水处理工艺主要是过滤和煮沸,直饮水细菌总数合格率为83.00%,非安装于盥洗室的直饮水机的水质明显优于安装于盥洗室的直饮水机(P<0.01),且表面清洁和内部管路冲洗无法改善直饮水机管路污染的状况。结论托幼机构直饮水机不应安装于盥洗室,并应对直饮水定期进行细菌学监测。 Objective To understand the sanitation status of direct drinking water machine in kindergartens in Jinan city,so as to provide the basis for the supervision of direct drinking water machine by health administrative department.Methods The water treatment process,installation location,maintenance and management of the direct drinking water machine,as well as the microbial monitoring of the direct drinking water were sampling surveyed during September-November,2019.Results In 2019,the water treatment process of direct drinking water machine in Jinan city was mainly filtration and boiling.The total qualified rate of bacteria in the direct drinking water was 83.00%.The water quality of the direct drinking water machine not installed in the washroom was significantly better than that of the direct drinking water machine installed in the washroom(P<0.01).Moreover,the surface cleaning and internal pipeline flushing can not reduce the pollution of the direct drinking water machine pipeline.Conclusion The direct drinking water machine of the kindergarten should not be installed in the washroom,and the bacteriological monitoring of the direct drinking water should be carried out regularly.
