辽宁省不同水碘地区加碘盐对成人碘营养干预效果评价 被引量:2

Evaluation of the effect of iodized salt on the iodine nutritional status of adult in different water iodine areas in Liaoning Province

摘要 目的评价不同水碘地区加碘盐对成人碘营养干预效果。方法 2017-2019年在辽宁省沈阳、大连、营口、盘锦市随机抽取集中供水且既往调查饮用水水碘含量<10、10~、40~、70~μg/L社区15个,每个社区调查居住3年以上18岁以上成人不少于100人,采集尿样、盐样和当地自来水厂水样,检测尿碘、盐碘和水碘含量,以尿碘和膳食摄碘量评价碘营养状况。结果不同水碘地区1 706名食用碘盐成年人群平均盐碘含量24.5 mg/kg,尿碘中位数185.9μg/L,膳食摄碘量的中位数和均值分别为333.3μg/d和334.7μg/d,尿碘总体为碘适宜,99.2%成人居民摄碘量分布在RNI^UL间,0.1%成人居民摄碘量<EAR,0.1%成人居民摄碘量>UL。结论辽宁省成人碘营养总体处于适宜水平。食用盐碘15~25 mg/kg碘盐时,成人尿碘和膳食摄碘量处于适宜或安全摄入状况;盐碘<15 mg/kg时存在碘缺乏可能。 Objective To evaluate the effect of iodized salt on adult iodine nutrition intervention in different water iodine areas.Methods From 2017 to 2019,15 communities were selected from Shenyang,Dalian,Yingkou and Panjin City in Liaoning Province,where the iodine content in drinking water was < 10,10 ~,40 ~ and 70 ~ μg/L.The community investigated 100 adults aged18-70 years who had lived for more than 3 years.Their urine samples,salt samples and water samples of local waterworks were collected to detect the contents of urine iodine,salt iodine and water iodine,and the nutritional status of iodine was evaluated by urine iodine and dietary iodine intake.Results The average salt iodine content of 1 706 adults who ate iodized salt in different water iodine areas was 24.5 mg/kg,the median of urine iodine was 185.9 μg/L.The median and mean of dietary iodine intake were333.3 μg/d and 334. 7 μg/d, respectively. The overall level of urinary iodine of the investigated subjects was appropriate. The iodine intake of 99.2% of adult residents was distributed between RNI and Upper Limits( UL),0.1% of adults below EAR,0.1%of adults above UL.Conclusion Adult iodine nutrition was at the appropriate level in Liaoning Province.When the iodine content of salt consumed by adults was 15 ~ 25 mg/kg,the intake of urine iodine and dietary iodine of adults were in proper or safe state.Adult iodine deficiency may occur when salt iodine is less than 15 mg/kg.
