摘要
山西省政府关于加快杂粮全产业链开发的实施意见及加快推进农产品精深加工十大产业集群发展中,将发展功能农业和功能食品作为战略目标。从山西杂粮的地域生态、资源、品质、竞争等优势方面进行分析,提出了开发杂粮功能食品的发展思路和建议,旨在为山西杂粮产业发展提供有益的借鉴。
In the Shanxi Provincial government's opinions on accelerating the development of the whole industry chain of coarse grains and developing the top ten industrial clusters for the deep processing of agricultural products,the development of functional agriculture and functional foods was regarded as a strategic objectives.This article analyzed the regional ecology,resources,quality,competition and other advantages of Shanxi's coarse grain.At the same time,it also put forward the development ideas and suggestions for the development of multigrain functional foods,which provided a useful reference for the development of Shanxi's coarse grain industry.
