装配式榫卯预制混凝土景观围蔽设计与施工技术

Design and Construction Technology of Prefabricated Concrete Landscape Enclosure with Assembled Tenon-and-mortise

装配式榫卯预制混凝土景观围蔽是一种新型的围蔽施工方法,其具有快速装拆,全程干作业、可回收、美观度高等优势。本文通过结构计算验证了装配式榫卯预制混凝土景观围蔽结构的整体强度及抗倾覆性满足设计,利用有限元数值模拟验证了在最大风荷载作用下结构连接处的强度及稳定性满足设计要求。在此基础上,详述了装配式榫卯预制混凝土景观围蔽施工流程及关键施工要点,为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。

Prefabricated concrete landscape enclosure with assembled tenon-and-mortise is a new type of enclosure construction method,which has the advantages of rapid assembly and disassembly,dry operation in the whole process,recyclability and high aesthetics.In the paper,the structural calculation is used to verify that the overall strength and anti-overturning performance of the prefabricated concrete landscape enclosure with assembled tenon-and-mortise structure meet the design requirements.The finite element numerical simulation is used to verify the strength and stability of the structural joint under the maximum wind load meet the design requirements.On this basis,the construction process and key construction points of the prefabricated concrete landscape enclosure with assembled tenon-and-mortise are elaborated,which providing reference for similar projects.
