摘要
与传统现浇式建筑相比,装配式混凝土建筑的施工作业存在许多差异,同时面临着很多机遇与挑战。装配式建筑有着机械化程度较高、技术难度较大、对施工经验要求高等特点,导致其存在一定的安全隐患。对装配式混凝土建筑施工展开危险源分析,可以更好地认识其安全管控要点,预防施工现场事故的发生。本文重点针对构件的运输和堆放、构件的吊装和安装、模板与临时支撑、以及高处作业与外防护等分项工程,提出了安全施工的要求,为装配式建筑安全管控提供借鉴。
Compared with the traditional cast-in-place buildings,there are many differences in the construction of prefabricated concrete buildings.At the same time,it faces many opportunities and challenges.Prefabricated buildings are characterized by high degree of mechanization,high technical difficulty and high requirements for construction experience,which leads to some potential safety hazards.By analyzing the hazard sources in the construction of prefabricated concrete buildings,the key points of safety control and prevent accidents in the construction site can be better understand.This paper focuses on the transportation and stacking of components,hoisting and installation of components,formwork and temporary support,as well as high-altitude operation and external protection,and puts forward the requirements for safe construction,which provides reference for safety control of prefabricated buildings.
