标准四联疗法与序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌所致胃溃疡临床疗效的比较研究

A comparative study on the clinical effect of standard quadruple therapy and sequential therapy for gastric ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori

目的比较标准四联疗法与序贯疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)所致胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取茂名市中医院2017年2月—2018年11月收治的Hp所致胃溃疡患者120例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各60例。对照组采用标准四联疗法治疗,观察组采用序贯疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效及治疗后1个月Hp根除率,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月观察组Hp根除率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与标准四联疗法相比,序贯疗法治疗Hp所致胃溃疡的临床疗效较优,可有效根除Hp,且安全性更高。

Objective To compare the the clinical effect of standard quadruple therapy and sequential therapy for gastric ulcer caused by Helicobacter pylori(Hp).Methods A total of 120 cases of patients with Hp were selected from February 2017 to November 2018 in Maoming Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases each.The control group was treated with standard quadruple therapy,and the observation group was treated with sequential therapy.The clinical effect and Hp eradication rate one month after treatment of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Hp one month after treatmnet in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the standard quadruple therapy,the sequential therapy is more effective for Hp induced gastric ulcer,which can effectively eradicate Hp,and with high safety.
