布托啡诺复合舒芬太尼自控静脉镇痛对剖宫产产妇术后镇痛及睡眠质量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨布托啡诺复合舒芬太尼自控静脉镇痛对剖宫产产妇术后镇痛及睡眠质量的影响。方法选取南充市中心医院2018年5月—2019年3月收治的剖宫产产妇108例,按照随机数字表分为对照组和观察组,各54例。对照组给予舒芬太尼进行自控静脉镇痛,观察组给予布托啡诺复合舒芬太尼进行自控静脉镇痛。比较两组术后2、6、12、24、48 h视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Ramsay评分,并观察两组不良反应发生情况。结果观察组术后2、6、12、24、48 h VAS评分低于对照组,Ramsay评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论布托啡诺复合舒芬太尼自控静脉镇痛可有效提高剖宫产产妇术后镇痛效果及睡眠质量,且利于降低麻醉不良反应,提高镇痛安全性。 Objective To investigate the effect of butofenol combined with sufentanil patient-controlled intravenous analgesia on postoperative analgesia and sleep quality of cesarean section parturients.Methods A total of 108 cases of cesarean section women were selected from May 2018 to March 2019 in Nanchong Central Hospital,which were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table,54 cases each.The control group was given sufentanil for PCIA,while the observation group was given butorphanol combined with sufentanil for PCIA.The VAS and Ramsay scores of the two groups were compared at 2,6,12,24 and 48 hours after operation,and the adverse reactions were observed.Results The VAS score of the observation group was lower than the control group at 2,6,12,24 and 48 hours after operation,and the Ramsay score was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Butorphanol combined with sufentanil can effectively improve the postoperative analgesia effect and sleep quality of parturient after cesarean section,reduce the adverse effects of anesthesia and improve the safety of analgesia.
