上海电力医院2018年4月—2019年3月中药注射液使用情况分析

Analysis on usage of traditional Chinese medicine injection in Electric Power Hospital of Shanghai from April 2018 to March 2019

目的分析上海电力医院2018年4月—2019年3月中药注射液使用情况。方法收集整理本院2018年4月—2019年3月中药注射液的使用数据,分析本院所用中药注射液销售金额、用药频度(DDDs),日均费用(DDDc)等。结果本院在2018年4月—2019年3月使用中药注射液销售金额排序在前三位的依次是康艾注射液、银杏内酯注射液、瓜蒌皮注射液;DDDs排在前三位的分别是喘可治注射液、康艾注射液、注射用丹参多酚酸盐;DDDc排在前三位的是消癌平注射液、血必净注射液、银杏内脂注射液。结论本院中药注射液使用结构基本合理,但仍有过度集中使用的情况,因此临床应严格按说明书的功能主治,用法用量,注意事项以合理使用中药注射液,做到用药安全、有效、经济、合理。

Objective To Analysis the usage of traditional Chinese medicine injection in Electric Power Hospital of Shanghai from April 2018 to March 2019.Methods Collect and sort out the use data of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital from April 2018 to March 2019,analyze the sales amount,Defined daily doses(DDDs),Defined daily cost(DDDc),etc.Results From April 2018 to March 2019,the sales amount of traditional Chinese medicine injection used by our hospital ranked in the top three in order:Kangai injection,ginkgolide injection and gualoupi injection;the top three in DDDs were Chuankezhi injection,Kangai injection and salvianolic acid salt for injection;the top three in DDDc were xiaocaiping injection,Xuebijing injection and gingko internal fat injection.Conclusion The use structure of traditional Chinese medicine injection in our hospital is basically reasonable,but there is still excessive centralized use.Therefore,we should strictly follow the functional indications in the instructions,usage and dosage,precautions to use traditional Chinese medicine injection reasonably,so as to achieve safe,effective,economic and reasonable use of medicine.
