摘要
随着我国工业化技术的不断发展,自动化程度逐步提升,而焊接技术作为轨道交通行业的基础技术,它的发展有力地提高了产品质量及生产效率。焊接机器人以其较好的运动控制功能、极佳的机械结构、完善的安全保护系统以及操作示教系统等优点被应用于各个行业。文中从改进工艺方法,提高车体制造能力的角度出发,提出焊接机器人在碳钢车体侧墙窗口模块制造中的应用。
With the continuous development of industrization technology in China, the degree of automation was gradually improved, and welding technology as the basic technology of rail transit industry, its development was beneficial to improve product quality and production efficiency. Welding robot has been applied in various industries for its good motion control function, excellent mechanical structure, perfect safety protection system and operation instruction system. From the perspective of improving the process and improving the car body manufacturing ability,the application of welding robot in the manufacturing of window module of the side wall of carbon steel car body was put forward in the paper.
