金凤丸联合戊酸雌二醇片治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕患者的效果观察

Observation on the effect of Jinfeng pill combined with estradiol valerate in the treatment of thin endometrium infertility patients

目的观察金凤丸联合戊酸雌二醇片(补佳乐)治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕患者的效果。方法选取2018年11月-2019年11月湖南省妇幼保健院收治的薄型子宫内膜不孕患者72例为研究对象,按照入院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。对照组采用金凤丸治疗,观察组采用金凤丸联合补佳乐治疗,比较2组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流变化、心理状况评分及妊娠率。结果治疗后,2组子宫内膜厚度均较治疗前升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.01);2组血管搏动指数(PI)、血管阻力指数(RI)数值及抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组妊娠率为61.11%,高于对照组的30.56%(χ^2=6.769,P<0.01)。结论金凤丸联合补佳乐治疗薄型子宫内膜不孕患者效果显著,可改善患者子宫内膜厚度及子宫内膜血流情况,缓解患者心理焦虑及抑郁情绪,提高患者妊娠率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective Observe the effect of Jinfeng pill combined with estradiol valerate tablets in the treatment of patients with thin endometrium infertility. Methods 72 patients with thin endometrial infertility admitted to the Hunan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group according to the order of admission,36 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Jinfeng pills,and the observation group was treated with Jinfeng pills combined with estradiol valerate tablets. The endometrial thickness,changes in endometrial blood flow,psychological status scores and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment,the endometrial thickness of the two groups was higher than that of the control group( P < 0. 01). The values of vascular pulsatility index( PI),vascular resistance index( RI) and the self-rating depression scale( SDS) and self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group( P < 0. 01). The pregnancy rate in the observation group was 61. 11%,which was higher than 30. 56% in the control group( χ2= 6. 769,P < 0. 01). Conclusion Jinfeng pill combined with estradiol valerate tablet has a significant effect in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility. It can improve the endometrial thickness and endometrial blood flow,relieve the psychological anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the pregnancy rate of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
