基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的国内DRGs研究

Bibliometric Analysis of the Diagnosis Related Groups Based on CiteSpace and VOSviewer

目的利用CiteSpace和VOSviewer工具探讨国内核心期刊中DRGs研究的学术演进脉络。方法数据资料全部来自于CNKI数据库中1998年1月1日-2018年12月31日核心期刊和CSSCI,利用文献计量工具实现关键词共现等的图谱可视化。结果共检索出有效文献385篇;科研院所和医疗机构是文献发表的主阵地,但合作关联较弱;我国进入到DRGs收付费时代,文献研究主题大致可以分为疾病诊断相关分组、支付方式改革、成本核算、病例组合、住院费用和临床路径共6大类。结论我国当前DRGs基本上从理论研究进入到了实践探讨阶段,今后DRGs会逐渐与成本核算和临床路径相融通,以更经济且契合临床规律的形式推进支付方式改革的纵向发展。

Objective To explore the academic evolution of DRGs researches in domestic core journals by using CiteSpace and VOSviewer tools.Methods Data were collected from the CNKI database in the core and CSSCI journals between 1998 and 2018.Through a certain screening strategy,the literature measurement tools were used to realize the visualization of keyword co-occurrence.Results A total of 385 valid articles were retrieved;research institutes and medical institutions were the main fronts of literature publication,but the cooperative relationship was weak;China is now entering into the era of DRGs payment,and the subject of literature researches can be roughly divided into six major categories:disease diagnosis related groups,payment reforms,costing,case combination,hospitalization expenditure,and clinical pathway.Conclusions DRGs in China had basically entered the stage of practical exploration from theoretical research.In the future,DRGs would gradually integrate with cost accounting and clinical pathways to promote the vertical development of payment mode reform in a more economical and clinically manner.
