辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症疗效观察

Simvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia

目的观察辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月江苏省淮安市淮安医院收治的冠心病合并高脂血症患者100例,采用盲选法将患者均分为观察组和对照组各50例。2组均采用常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组采用辛伐他汀治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果、心功能、血脂及并发症发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为96. 00%,高于对照组的80. 00%(χ~2=6. 753,P <0. 05);观察组患者左室射血分数高于对照组,左心室收缩末期内径及左心室舒张末期内径均低于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者三酰甘油及总胆固醇水平均低于对照组,高密度脂蛋白水平高于对照组(P <0. 05);观察组患者并发症发生率为6. 00%,低于对照组的20. 00%(χ~2=6. 547,P <0. 05)。结论辛伐他汀治疗冠心病合并高脂血症可提高临床效果,改善患者的心功能及血脂水平,且减少并发症,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of simvastatin on coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease and hyperlipidemia admitted to Huai’an Hospital of Huai’an City,Jiangsu Province from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected. All patients were divided into observation group and control group by blind selection. Both groups used conventional treatment. On this basis,the observation group was treated with simvastatin. The treatment effect,cardiac function,blood lipids and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96. 00%,which was higher than the control group’s 80. 00%( χ^2= 6. 753,P < 0. 05);The left ventricular ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the left ventricular end-systolic diameter and left ventricular end-diastolic diameter were lower than the control group( P < 0. 05);The levels of triacylglycerol and total cholesterol in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the high-density lipoprotein levels was higher than those in the control group( P < 0. 05);The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6. 00%,which was lower than the control group’ s 20. 00%( χ^2= 6. 547,P <0. 05). Conclusion Simvastatin treatment of coronary heart disease with hyperlipidemia can improve the clinical effect,improve the patient’s cardiac function and blood lipid levels,and reduce complications,and has clinical promotion value.
