血栓通联合康复训练对缺血性脑卒中患者恢复期疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of Xueshuantong combined with rehabilitation training on the convalescent stage of patients with ischemic stroke

目的观察血栓通联合康复训练对缺血性脑卒中患者恢复期的疗效。方法选取2017年6月-2018年6月西南医科大学附属医院康复医学科收治的缺血性脑卒中患者56例,按照随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各28例。对照组实施康复训练,试验组在对照组的基础上应用血栓通注射液治疗。比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后运动功能量表(FMA)评分及Barthel指数(MBI)评分。结果试验组患者总有效率为96. 43%,高于对照组的78. 57%(χ~2=4. 082,P=0. 045);治疗后,2组患者FMA评分和MBI评分均高于治疗前(P <0. 05),且试验组高于对照组(P <0. 01)。结论缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者应用血栓通联合康复训练可有效改善临床症状,促进早期康复,具有十分重要的临床意义。

Objective To explore the effect of Xueshuantong combined with rehabilitation training on recovery stage of ischemic stroke patients. Methods 56 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine,the Affiliated Hospital of Southwest Medical University from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected. According to the random number table method,it was divided into test group and control group,28 cases each. The control group received rehabilitation training,and the test group was treated with Xueshuantong injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy,motor function scale( FMA) scores and Barthel index( MBI) scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the test group was 96. 43%,which was higher than 78. 57% of the control group( χ^2= 4. 082,P = 0. 045);After treatment,the FMA score and MBI score of the two groups were higher than before( P < 0. 05),and the test group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusion It is very important for patients with ischemic stroke patients to use thrombotong and rehabilitation training during recovery period to improve the clinical symptoms of patients and promote the patient’s early recovery.
