Development of Ultra-Light Phase-Compensated Cable for Aerospace

摘要 为满足航空航天使用环境要求,研制了一款各项基本电性能达标,同时满足轻质化和耐辐射的航空航天用超轻型稳相电缆。该电缆采用轻质导电纤维代替传统金属线作为外导体屏蔽材料以有效减轻电缆重量,选用具有优异耐辐射性能同时密度较小的交联乙烯-四氟乙烯共聚物(X-ETFE)作为护套材料以提高电缆耐辐射性能及进一步增强电缆整体减重效果。性能考核结果表明该电缆基本性能与国外轻型稳相电缆指标持平,且线质量指标还要优于国外现有水平,更适用于航空航天领域。 In order to meet the requirements of aviation and aerospace environment,an ultra-light phasecompensated cable with various basic electrical properties up to standard and light weight and radiation resistance is developed.The light conductive fiber is used to replace the traditional metal wire as the shielding material of the outer conductor to effectively reduce the weight of the cable.The X-ETFE with excellent radiation resistance and low density is selected as the sheath material to improve the radiation resistance of the cable and further enhance the overall weight reduction effect of the cable.The performance test results show that the basic performance of the cable is the same as that of foreign light phase-compensated cable,and the linear mass index is better than that of foreign existing level.The cable is more suitable for aerospace field.
