摘要
为了解决传统方法对运营中的地铁和高铁隧道定期检测速度慢,工作人员劳动强度大等问题,该文设计了一套以相对测量方式获取隧道点云数据的移动隧道检测系统。基于该系统获取的点云数据,再对系统内部传感器进行标定,最终利用标定结果以及实测数据将点云转换到轨面坐标系下,能够在不利用任何隧道设计数据的情况下,高效、快速、低成本地完成隧道的限界检测。并且,通过现场实验对方法的可行性进行了验证,结果表明,本文中的移动激光检测系统以及相关方法能够满足限界检测的精度要求,为隧道的限界检测提供了一种新思路。
In order to solve the problems of slow detection speed and high labor intensity,a set of mobile tunnel detection system was designed and manufactured.At the same time,based on the measured point cloud data of the tunnel,combined with the calibration results of the scanner,point cloud data such as the tunnel and track were converted to the rail plane coordinate system,which could quickly and accurately obtain the results of tunnel boundary detection section,and then efficiently realized the detection of tunnel boundary.The data precision verified the feasibility of the method and provided a new idea for tunnel boundary detection.
