摘要
为了帮助非测绘行业部门用户快速实现对其行业地理信息数据进行有效、精准采集,该文在调研行业部门采集需求的基础上,讨论了通用行业地理信息综合采集平台的结构和功能,分析了平台设计流程和实现技术,依托地理信息公共服务平台与阿里云平台等服务,提出利用WebGIS、移动GIS与桌面GIS等技术联合构建平台核心功能,基于多源客户端协同采集、图层动态配置解析、云端弹性计算与对象存储等关键技术进行实现。平台根据道路运输管理客运场站、村级农村物流服务点以及海防基础设施管理等领域的行业需求,已快速搭建采集应用系统,为相关部门工作业务提供了技术支持,拓展了地理信息数据的来源。在道路运输管理与海防等行业成功应用的结果表明:基于平台关键技术,可快速配置构建与行业需求符合的地理信息采集系统,进而提高数据采集效率与准确率,达到平台通用的目的。
In order to help users of non-surveying and mapping industries to quickly realize the effective and accurate acquisition of geographic information data in their industries.the structure and functions of the universal industry geographic information comprehensive acquisition platform were discussed on the basis of investigating the acquisition needs of the industry departments in this paper..The design process and implementation technology of the platform were analyzed.Relying on the services of the geographic information public service platform and Aliyun platform,the paper put forward some suggestions,using WebGIS,mobile GIS and desktop GIS technologies to build the core functions of the platform,based on multi-source client collaborative acquisition,layer dynamic configuration analysis,cloud elastic computing and object storage and other key technologies to achieve.According to the needs of road transport management,passenger terminal,village-level rural logistics service point and coastal defense infrastructure management,the platform had rapidly built a collction application system,w hich provides technical support for the work of relevant departments and expands the sources of geographic information data.Successful application results in road transportation management and coastal defense industries showed that,based on the key technologies of the platform,a geographic information acquisition system could be quickly configured to meet the needs of the industry,thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of data acquisition and achieving the purpose of the universal platform.
