商业地产的开发建设难度大、施工周期长、资金沉淀时间长、人员参与多,涉及整个建筑行业的上下游,难以大规模复制建造和系统的运营后复盘。论文通过对商业空间营造的控制要点进行探究,以建筑环境营造、室内营造、运营前介为切入点,分析总结商业空间的营造路径。

The development and construction of commercial real estate is difficult,with a long construction cycle,a long time for funds to accumulate and a large number of personnel to participate in.It involves the upstream and downstream of the whole construction industry,so it is difficult to replicate the construction and the operation of the system on a large scale.Through the study of the control points of commercial space construction,this paper analyzes and summarizes the construction path of commercial space by starting from the construction of architectural environment,indoor construction and pre-operation.
