摘要
我国现有客货共运铁路大多采用有砟轨道。为适应高速度、高密度的运营要求,客货共运铁路越来越多地采用无砟轨道,相比于有砟轨道,无砟轨道具有高平顺、高稳定、少维修的优点。既有漳泉肖铁路为客货共运铁路,全线采用有砟轨道。漳泉肖铁路改建工程位于低山丘陵地区,山峦起伏,山势峻峭,地形条件困难。为了养护维修方便,本项目长度为1km以上隧道采用无砟轨道。结合我国客货共运铁路隧道内常用的无砟轨道形式,对双块式无砟轨道及弹性支承块式无砟轨道进行对比研究,分析了各自的优缺点,最终选用弹性支承块式无砟轨道作为本项目长度1km以上的隧道内无砟轨道形式。论文阐述了弹性支承块无砟轨道结构设计内容,可为客货共运铁路隧道内无砟轨道设计提供借鉴。
Most of the existing mixed passenger and freight railways in China adopt ballasted track.In order to meet the high-speed and high-density operation requirements,mixed passenger and freight railways are increasingly using ballastless track.Compared with ballasted track,the ballastless track has the advantages of high smoothness,high stability and less maintenance.The existing Zhangzhou-Quanzhou-Xiaocuogang railway is a mixed passenger and freight railway,and it adopts the ballasted track on the whole line.The reconstruction project of the railway is located in the low hilly area with rolling hills,steep mountains and difficult topographic conditions.To ensure convenient maintenance and repair,ballastless track is used in tunnels with a length of more than 1 km.Combined with the common form of ballastless track in tunnel of mixed passenger and freight railways in China,and based on the comparative study of bi-block ballastless track and ballastless track with elastic bearing block,the ballastless track with elastic bearing block is selected by this project as the ballastless track form in tunnels exceeding 1 km.This paper illustrates the design content of ballastless track structure with elastic bearing block,introduces the connection between ballastless track bed and tunnel base,and the design of comprehensive grounding.This paper can provide a reference for ballastless track design in tunnel of mixed passenger and freight railway.
