摘要
叉车在货物堆垛和装卸操作过程中,货叉位置要根据承受货物托盘的结构进行多次调整,十分烦琐。所以,侧移器油缸对叉车侧移调距货叉的左右移动操作的实现有重要的帮助。现有的液压侧移调距叉仍存在一定的不足,论文通过对某一类型侧移调距叉设计分析,介绍了侧移调距叉的原理、液压系统设计,并对当前侧移调距叉设计中存在的一些缺陷进行改进。
In the course of cargo stacking and loading and unloading operation of forklift,the position of fork should be adjusted many times according to the structure of cargo pallet,which is very tedious.Therefore,the oil cylinder of side shifter is of great help to the realization of the operation of side shifting and adjusting distance of fork.There are still some deficiencies in the existing hydraulic side-shift distance forklift trucks.Based on the analysis of the design of a certain type of side-shift distance forklift trucks,the principle of side-shift distance forklift trucks and the design of hydraulic system are introduced in this paper,and some defects in the design of the front side-shift distance forklift trucks are improved.
