防渗漏技术在建筑工程施工过程中占据着非常重要的位置,可有效提升建筑工程的整体质量和使用舒适度。因此,论文主要针对建筑工程中常见位置的渗水漏水现象进行阐述,同时通过对造成这些问题的原因进行分析,提出一些有效的防渗漏施工措施及其应用管理要点,希望为进一步提升建筑工程施工质量提供有效建议。

Anti-leakage technology occupies a very important position in the construction process of building engineering,which can effectively improve the overall quality and comfort of use of building engineering.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on the seepage and leakage phenomenon in the common location of construction engineering,and analyzes the causes of these problems,and puts forward some effective anti-leakage technology and its application and management points,in the hope of providing effective suggestions for further improving the construction quality of construction engineering.
