Health examination results of employees in enterprises and public institutions in Xi'an City in 2019

目的对西安市企事业单位4465名职工的健康检查结果进行分析,了解此类人群的健康状况,为疾病早期预防、开展健康管理工作提供依据。方法收集2019年1-8月于西安市某三级甲等医院接受健康检查者的血糖、血脂、血压及腹部超声等检查结果,进行统计分析。结果本次参检的4465名职工中,总体异常率为80.56%,其中男性3416人,异常人数为2917人,异常率为85.39%;女性1049人,异常人数为680人,异常率为64.82%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=216.803,P<0.01)。检出疾病或异常指标前5位由高到低依次为甘油三酯(38.7%)、脂肪肝(36.5%)、超重(36.1%)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(33.9%)、高血压(24.1%)。结论西安市企事业单位职工身体状况总体较差,血脂异常、脂肪肝、超重和高血压是影响其健康的重要因素,男性患病情况更为严峻,应采取重点监控和综合干预相结合的方式以加强健康管理。

Objective To analyze the health examination results of 4465 employees in enterprises and public institutions in Xi'an City,investigate the health status of this population,and provide evidence for early prevention and health management.Methods The health examination results of blood glucose,blood lipids,blood pressure and abdominal ultrasound of employees from January 2019 to August 2019 in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Xi'an City were collected and analyzed statistically.Results Among the 4465 employees who participated in the survey,the overall abnormal rate was 80.56%.There were 2917 abnormal cases in 3416 males with the abnormal rate of 85.39%,and 680 abnormal cases in 1049 females with the abnormal rate of 64.82%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=216.803,P<0.01).The top five diseases or abnormal indicators were triglyceride(38.7%),fatty liver(36.5%),overweight(36.1%),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(33.9%)and hypertension(24.1%).Conclusion The physical condition of employees in enterprises and institutions in Xi'an City is generally poor.Dyslipidemia,fatty liver,overweight and high blood pressure are important factors affecting their health.The situation of men is more severe.The combination of key monitoring and comprehensive intervention should be adopted for strengthening health management.
