摘要
军人工作绩效是军事心理学的核心构念,是指个体在一定时间内完成的离散行为事件对实现组织目标的总体期望价值。军人工作绩效是行为的性质不是结果,是期望价值而不是实际价值。明确工作绩效内容的最好方法是关键事件技术。通过关键事件技术能够提取大量的绩效行为,然后可用因素分析的方法提取工作绩效的维度。军人工作绩效的评估有多种方法,目前最常用的是由上级进行评定的图像化评分量表。未来我军应该进一步明确各种军事职业岗位工作绩效内容,提高工作绩效测量使用者的接受度以及训练评分者。为此,我们将工作绩效视为行为的价值,并对以行为为主线构建工作绩效的概念、内容、结构与评估体系的研究进展予以综述。
Military performance is the core construct of military psychology,which is defined as the total expected value to the organization of the discrete behavioral episodes that an individual carries out over a standard period of time.The military performance is nature of behavior and expected value not result or actual value.The best way to clarify the content of job performance is the critical incident technique.A large number of performance behaviors can be extracted by critical incident technique,then dimensions of job performance can be extracted by factor analysis.There are many ways to evaluate military job performance,and the most commonly used is the graphical rating scales evaluated by superiors.In the future,our army should further clarify the job performance content of various military professional posts,improve the user acceptability of job performance measurement and train raters.Therefore,the paper regards work performance as the value of behavior,and summarizes the research progress of the concept,content,structure and evaluation system of work performance based on behavior.
