基于CRE0三维设计平台的DCS工程设计工具化浅析

摘要 杭州和利时自动化有限公司在DCS项目工程设计过程中,根据用户提供的项目I/O清单、P&ID图、控制逻辑等设计输入资料,采用基于CREO三维软件平台自主研发的设计工具,实现I/O清单自动生成正确性识别、通道分配、备用量统计、设备BOM、布线CAD布置图、组态数据库、I/O测试表、通道接线表、成套线缆加工表、设备标签标等功能。该设计工具提高了设计效率和质量,也为下游的线缆加工机械化、智能化、信息化带来可能,在和利时控制系统的项目设计中广泛应用。 In the process of DCS project engineering design, according to the project IO lists, P&ID diagram, control logic and other designing input data provided by users, Hangzhou Holly Sys Automation Co., Ltd., adopts the independent developed research based on CREO 3 D software platform design tools to realize the automatic generation of IO list correctness identification, automatic sub-stations, equipment backup statistics, automatic generation of equipment BOM, automatic generation of wiring CAD layout, automatic generation of configuration database, automatic generation of IO test table, automatic generation of channel wiring table, complete cable processing table, equipment label and other functions. This design process improves design efficiency and quality, and also brings possibility for the downstream cable processing mechanization, intelligentization, informatization and so on, which is widely used in the projective design of HollySys DCS.
