摘要
本文结合抗击新冠肺炎疫情,分析医疗卫生人员的职业健康风险,研究我国医疗卫生人员职业健康政策的积极进展以及挑战。最后,从应对突发公共卫生事件长效机制建设角度,提出我国医疗卫生人员职业健康的对策建议。
Confronting with COVID-19 pandemic,this article analyzed the risks of occupational hazards among health workers,studied the progress and challenges of policies of occupational health for health workers in China.Furthermore,from perspectives of long term mechanism of public health emergencies response,the article provided strategic recommendations of occupational health for health workers in China.
