临床护理人员护理信息胜任力评价指标体系的构建 被引量:11

摘要 目的:构建临床护理人员护理信息胜任力评价指标体系,以期为建立完整、系统的护理信息人才培训体系提供参考。方法:先通过文献研究法、名义小组技术确定评价指标初步条目池,再选取12名涉及护理管理、护理教育、临床护理、医学信息学领域的专家进行两轮专家咨询,确立各级评价指标体系。结果:专家判断系数、熟悉系数和权威系数分别为0.86、0.82和0.84;两轮咨询后确定的临床护理人员护理信息胜任力评价指标体系含一级指标3个和二级指标45个;各级指标变异系数为0.00~0.24,协调系数W为0.536。结论:本研究对临床护理人员护理信息胜任力评价指标体系进行构建,具有较好的科学性和实用性,可为临床护理信息人才的培养及评价提供参考。 Objective: To construct evaluation index system of nursing informatics competencies for clinical nurses. Methods: After the item pool was selected through literature research method and nominal group technology, 12 experts involving nursing management, nursing education, clinical nursing and medical informatics were invited to expert consultation group to establish the evaluation indicators. Results: Experts familiar coefficient, judgment coefficient and authority coefficient was 0.86, 0.82 and 0.84, respectively. In the second round, the index system included 3 first level indexes and 45 second level indexes. The variation coefficients of each item was 0.00~0.24, and Kendall’s W was 0.536. Conclusion: The entrenched assessment indicator system was scientific and reliable. It can provide evidence for the training and evaluation of nursing informatics talents.
