摘要 为解决现有超市、菜市场的销售果蔬贴条形码、称重、计价流程复杂、耗时长的问题,设计了一套基于卷积神经网络图像识别的智能电子秤系统。系统通过传感器技术与机器视觉技术相结合,实现在感知菜品重量的同时,自动识别果蔬类别,通过网络通信技术将多个电子秤与服务器互联,实现销售信息的统一管理与分析,并结合数据分析技术,对销售信息进行大数据挖掘,预测销售趋势,有利于控制供需平衡,促进智慧菜市场的建设。 In order to solve such complex and time-consuming problems as pasting bar codes,weighing and pricing in the current supermarket and grocery market,an intelligent electronic scale system is designed on grounds of convolutional neural network image recognition.Through the combination of sensor technology and machine vision technology,the system can realize the automatic recognition of fruits and vegetables while sensing their weights.It can realize the unified management and analysis of sales information by connecting multiple electronic scales to servers through network communication technology.Combined with data analysis technology,the system can mine big data of sales information,and predict sales trends,which is conducive to the control of supply and demand and to promoting the construction of smart grocery market.
