摘要
一种陶瓷饰品高温制作过程当中需要用到一种钨丝,钨丝由于受到高温的影响,会产生较大的变形,在重新使用时,不能够满足其直线度要求,通过对钨丝的加热、转移、塑形等工艺过程,设计一套半自动化的一种线材塑形陶瓷机械设备,提高了钨丝的直线度及生产效率,降低劳动力成本,设备价格相对低廉,具有较好的市场前景,值得在陶瓷机械行业进行推广。
A kind of tungsten wire is needed in the process of making ceramic ornaments at high temperature.Due to being influenced by high temperature,tungsten wire will produce large deformation and cannot meet the requirement of straightness when it is reused.A set of semi-automatic ceramic mechanical equipment for shaping wire rod is designed by heating,transferring and shaping tungsten wire.Our design can improve the straightness of tungsten wire and production efficiency,reduce the labor cost.The equipment is worth being popularized in ceramic machinery industry because of its relatively low price and broad market prospect.
