中医刮痧与新型冠状病毒肺炎防治

新型冠状病毒(简称COVID-19)主要成分是蝙蝠冠状病毒,主要通过吸附侵染人类下呼吸道,引起肺炎。遗体解剖病理研究发现2019新冠病毒不仅损害了肺,还包括免疫系统及其他器官;切片结果显示,新冠患者肺泡功能可能受到损伤,气道被黏液堵住,而出现临床上缺氧低氧状态;黏液未被化解,单纯给气给氧,有时候达不到目的,甚至可能适得其反。这次传染病是由新冠病毒引起的,西医没有能杀死病毒的特效药。而中医在此次疫情防治中发挥主力作用。然当前中医治疗瘟疫的优势未能充分发挥。中医在治疗新冠病毒感染时,着眼于提升人体免疫系统,把"寒湿"病毒排出体外,从而恢复人体正气,获得满意的临床效果。除了中药方剂之外,中医还有砭、针、灸、按跷、导引等治疗方法。其中,中医砭法刮痧在历史上也是治疗瘟疫的重要方法。从文献角度梳理了历代刮痧治疫专著,从历史角度证明刮痧是中医临床治疗瘟疫的重要方法之一。结合现代研究成果,从刮痧如何有效驱除邪毒、刮拭胸腺以恢复正气等角度阐明中医刮痧治疫的原理,充分发挥中医"杂合以治"的思想,不拘一格,以期增加战胜疫情新手段。希望居家隔离群众或一线抗疫的医务工作者能够采取刮痧等方法,提高自身免疫能力,阻击疫情蔓延。

The main component of the 2019-ncov(COVID-19)is the bat coronavirus,which infects the human lower respiratory tract by adsorption and causes pneumonia.Autopsy and pathology studies have found that 2019 NPV damages not only the lungs,but also the immune system and other organs;biopsy results show that the lung function of patients with NPV may be impaired,and the Airways may be blocked by mucus,but appears on the clinical Hypoxia Hypoxia low oxygen condition;the Mucus has not been solved,gives the oxygen simply,sometimes does not achieve the goal,even may backfire.The infection was caused by a new coronavirus,and western medicine had no specific drug to kill it.Chinese medicine played a major role in the prevention and treatment of the epidemic.However,the advantage of TCM in treating plague has not been brought into full play.In the treatment of new coronavirus infection,TCM focuses on improving the human immune system,expelling"cold and damp"virus from the body,thus restoring the body’s vital energy and obtaining satisfactory clinical results.In addition to traditional Chinese medicine prescription,there are bian-zhen,acupuncture,moxibustion,according to the stilts,guidance and other treatment methods.The traditional Chinese medicine bian-law Guasha in history is also an important method for the treatment of plague.Therefore,this article from the literature point of view of the past dynasties Guasha treatment of specific diseases,from a historical point of view,Guasha is one of the important clinical treatment of plague.Combined with the modern research results,this paper expounds the principles of the treatment of epidemic diseases by Guasha in Chinese medicine from the perspectives of how to effectively drive away evil and poison and how to wipe off the thymus gland to restore the healthy Qi,so as to give full play to the thought of"miscellaneous treatment"in Chinese medicine,to increase the number of new ways to combat the epidemic.Hope to isolate the masses at home or first-line anti-epidemic medical workers can take scraping methods,improve their immunity,to prevent the spread of the epidemic.
