从脾虚湿盛论治糖尿病前期

Discussion on Treatment of Pre-Diabetes from Spleen Deficiency and Excess Dampness

糖尿病在目前的医疗条件下是一种不可治愈的疾病,而在糖尿病及糖尿病前期患病率日渐增高的情况下,延缓甚至逆转糖尿病前期的疾病进程,具有明显的应用价值。文章总结了糖尿病前期的中西医治疗方法,研究应用中医方法治疗糖尿病前期,而其中脾虚湿盛证是部分其他证型的初起阶段,故从脾虚湿盛的角度论治糖尿病前期,可为临床中医治疗糖尿病前期开拓新的道路,使更多的糖尿病前期患者得到较好的治疗,以免于受糖尿病的长期困扰。

Diabetes is an incurable disease under the current medical conditions.However,with the increasing prevalence of diabetes and pre-diabetes,delaying or even reversing the disease process of pre-diabetes has obvious application value.This paper summarized the treatment methods of traditional Chinese and western medicine for pre-diabetes and studied the application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pre-diabetes,of which the syndrome of spleen deficiency and excess dampness is the initial stage of some other syndromes.Therefore,the treatment of pre-diabetes from the perspective of spleen deficiency and excess dampness can open up a new way for clinical Chinese medicine in the treatment of pre-diabetes and enable more pre-diabetes patients to receive better treatment so as not to suffer from long-term troubles of diabetes.
