自拟助阳通便汤治疗阳虚型便秘40例

Self-made Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction for 40 Cases of Yang Deficiency Constipation

目的探讨助阳通便汤治疗阳虚型便秘的疗效。方法选取2017年10月-2018年9月就诊于辽宁中医药大学附属三院(辽宁省肛肠医院)张虹玺专家门诊,并符合阳虚型便秘诊断标准的患者80例,随机将他们分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组予助阳通便汤2次/d,早晚各1次,2周为1疗程,治疗1疗程;对照组应用乳果糖溶液口服,2次/d,早晚各1次,2周为1疗程,治疗1疗程,观察两组便秘及相关中医症状(包括排便频率、排便时间、粪便性状、排便困难情况、腹胀、下坠不尽感、小腹冷痛、小便清长、畏寒肢冷)改善情况。结果治疗组与对照组相比较,在排便频率、粪便性状、排便困难情况这三个症状积分对比,两组不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。但在排便时间、腹胀、下坠不尽感、小腹冷痛、小便清长、畏寒肢冷这六个症状积分对比(P<0.05),尤其在小腹冷痛、小便清长、畏寒肢冷这三个症状积分(P<0.01)。结论助阳通便汤治疗阳虚型便秘疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction in the treatment of Yang Deficiency constipation.Methods From October 2017 to September 2018,we received 80 patients who met the diagnostic criteria for Yang deficiency constipation and visited ZHANG Hongxi expert outpatient clinic of The Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Liaoning Coloproctological Hospital).They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases in each.The treatment group was given Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction twice a day orally in the morning and evening.The control group applied lactulose solution twice a day in the morning and evening.Two weeks was one course of treatment and there was one treatment course.We observed the improvements of constipation and related TCM symptoms(including frequency of defecation,defecation time,fecal traits,difficulty in defecation,abdominal distension,incomplete feeling of falling,cold pain in the lower abdomen,long urine,and cold limbs)Results Compared with the control group,the treatment group’s three symptom scores of defecation frequency,fecal traits and difficulty in defecation were not statistically significant(P>0.05).However,the six symptom scores of defecation time,abdominal distension,falling sensation,cold abdominal pain,urination,and aversion to cold of the two groups were significant(P<0.05).The treatment group was significantly more effective than the control group,especially in the symptom scores of small abdominal pain,urination and aversion to cold(P<0.01).Conclusion The effect of Zhuyang Tongbian Decoction on treating Yang deficiency constipation is significant and it is worthy of clinical application.
