综合干预联合化痰降气活血汤对哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征肺功能及内皮细胞功能的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Intervention Combined with Huatan Jiangqi Huoxue Decoction on Pulmonary Function and Endothelial Cell Function of Asthmatic COPD Syndrome

目的观察综合干预联合化痰降气活血汤对哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者肺功能及内皮细胞功能的影响。方法将60例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组丙酸氟替卡松吸入气雾剂,250μg/次,2次/d,治疗4个月。治疗组在对照组基础上给予综合干预联合化痰降气活血汤,治疗4个月。观测肺功能、内皮细胞功能、生活质量评分。结果与干预前比,干预后两组FEVl/FVC升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),RV/TLC降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);与干预比,干预后两组血清NO水平升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05),血清ET-1水平降低(P<0.05),观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);与干预前比,干预后两组生活质量评分均升高(P<0.05),观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合干预联合化痰降气活血汤可以改善ACOS患者内皮细胞功能,提高肺功能及生活质量,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive intervention combined with Huatan Jiangqi Huoxue Decoction on pulmonary function and endothelial cell function in asthmatic COPD patients.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each.Fluticasone propionate inhalation aerosol(250μg/time,2 times/day)was used in the control group for 4 months.On the basis of the control group,the treatment group was given comprehensive intervention combined with Huatan Jiangqi Huoxue Decoction for 4 months.Pulmonary function,endothelial cell function and quality of life were observed.Result Compared with those before intervention,FEV1/FVC increased(P<0.05),RV/TLC decreased(P<0.05)and RV/TLC decreased(P<0.05)in the observation group and lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).NO increased in two groups(P<0.05)and the observation group’s NO was higher than that of the control group.ET-1 decreased in the observation group(P<0.05)and was lower than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were higher after intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group’s score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention combined with Huatan Jiangqi Huoxue Decoction can improve endothelial cell function,lung function and quality of life of patients with ACOS,which is worthy of popularizing.
