Summary of JIAO Xiaomin’s Experience on Treating Vulnerable Period of Heart Failure

中医膏方又称膏滋、煎膏,为中医常见剂型之一,主要以平衡阴阳、补益气血、整体审查,调节机体之偏胜见长,为"慢性、虚劳疾病"的首选方剂,在各种心血管疾病预防及治疗中广泛应用,焦晓民教授运用膏方在心衰易损期治疗中强调益气养阴,温补心肾贯穿始终,重视行滞化瘀通络,兼顾脾胃,从补虚、祛实、扶正固本等多方便入手,辨证施治,以降低心衰易损期死亡率及在住院率,本文就焦晓民教授运用膏方在心衰易损期的应用予以简要探析。

Chinese medicine cream is also called nourishing cream or decocting cream.As one of the common dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine,it mainly balances Yin and Yang,Q and blood,and regulates the body of the partial constitution.It is the first choice for chronic and consumptive diseases and is widely used in all kinds of cardiovascular diseases prevention and treatment.JIAOXiaomin uses the cream formula in the vulnerable period of heart failure to nourish Yin,warm and tonify heart and kidney,paying attention to resolving the stagnation and blood stasis and dredging collateral.The treatment is to tonify the deficiency,eliminate the excessive pathological products,benefiting the vital Qi and consolidating the root according to syndrome differentiation in order to reduce the mortality rate and hospitalization rate in the vulnerable period of heart failure.In this paper,professor JIAO Xiaomin’s application of cream in the vulnerable period of heart failure was briefly analyzed.
