子午流注耳穴压豆治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效

Clinical application of meridian auricular acupoints on post infectiouscough

目的:探讨子午流注耳穴压豆治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年12月—2019年2月佛山市中医院急诊科收治的140例感染后咳嗽患者,随机分为对照组和耳穴组,每组70例。对照组给予常规治疗和护理,耳穴组在对照组基础上加用子午流注耳穴压豆。分析比较两组的总有效率、日间咳嗽症状评分、夜间咳嗽症状评分、咳嗽总积分、中医证候积分、起效时间、痊愈时间。结果:耳穴组的总有效率明显高于对照组,日间咳嗽症状评分、夜间咳嗽症状评分、咳嗽总积分、中医证候积分、起效时间、痊愈时间明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注耳穴压豆治疗感染后咳嗽可以改善症状,减少咳嗽发作,促进痊愈。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of meridian auricular acupoints on post infectiouscough. Methods:A total of 140 patients with post infectiouscough admitted to the emergency department of Foshan Hospitalof Traditional Chinese Medicine from Decem-ber 2016 to February 2019 were randomly divided into the control group and auricular acupoints group,70 patients in each group. The control group received routine treatment. And nursing,the meridian auricular acupoints group added a meridian auricular acupoints on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate,daytime cough symptom score,nighttime cough symptom score,total cough score,TCM syndrome score,onset time,and recovery time were analyzed and compared. Results:The total effective rate of the meridian auricular acupoints group was significantly higher than that of the control group. The daytime cough symptom score,the nighttime cough symptom score,the total cough score,the TCM syndrome score,the onset time,and the recovery time were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The meridian auricular acupoints can improve the symptoms,reduce the symptoms of cough and promote the recovery of the diseaseinpatientswith post infectiouscough.
