建筑结构用钢产品升级和应用及其对节能减排的影响 被引量:10

Upgrading and application of steels for building structures and its influence on energy conservation and emission reduction

摘要 综述了国内外建筑结构用钢的产品升级和应用情况;介绍了山东钢铁股份有限公司莱芜分公司在建筑结构用钢产品升级方面取得的成果;对国内建筑结构用钢产品升级与应用存在的问题进行了分析,并提出了应对措施;以数据分析为依据,对建筑结构用钢产品升级对节能减排的有益作用进行了定量描述。最后指出,我国应通过技术创新和产品升级,实现“低成本、高性能”绿色建筑结构用钢的品种优化、升级换代与推广应用,提高资源和能源在钢铁行业中的利用率,降低污染物排放,在保证我国工业化和城镇化快速稳定发展的基础上,构建“绿水青山”型社会。 The situations of upgrading and application of steel products for building structures at home and abroad were summarized.The achievements of Laiwu Branch of Shandong Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.in upgrading steel products for building structures were introduced.The existing problems in upgrading and application of steel products for building structures in China were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.Based on data analysis,the beneficial effects of upgrading steel products for building structures on energy saving and emission reduction were quantitatively described.Finally,it is pointed out that through technological innovation and product upgrades,the products optimization,upgrade and promotion of"low-cost,highperformance"green building structural steel should be realized in China.The utilization of resources and energy in the steel industry should be improved,and pollutants emissions should be reduced.on the basis of ensuring the rapid and stable development of Chinese industrialization and urbanization,a"green water,green mountain"society should be build.
