比索洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病合并心律失常患者的临床疗效

Clinical Effects of Bisoprolol Combined with Amiodarone in the Treatment of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease with Arrhythmia

目的探讨比索洛尔联合胺碘酮治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(CHD)合并心律失常患者的临床效果。方法选取2018年1-12月沈阳市于洪区人民医院收治的CHD合并心律失常患者120例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用胺碘酮进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合比索洛尔进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组心输出量(CO)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)水平高于对照组,左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组QTc间期、QRS波时限高于对照组,PR间期少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);随访6个月,观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论比索洛尔联合胺碘酮可有效提高CHD合并心律失常患者的治疗效果,改善心功能,且复发率低,用药安全。

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of bisoprolol combined with amiodarone in the treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)with arrhythmia.Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia admitted to Yuhong District People’s Hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected,and were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amiodarone,and the study group was treated with bisoprolol on the bases of the control group.The therapeutic effects between the 2 groups were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of cardiac output(CO)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of LVESD were lower than that the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the QTc interval and QRS wave time limit in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and PR interval was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In the 6 month following,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bisoprolol combined with amiodarone can improve the curative effects and the heart function of CHD patients with arrhythmia,with low recurrence rate and safe medication.
