Four Clinical Cases of Gallbladder Heat and Spleen Coldness Syndrome

临床肝病包括黄疸、胁痛、鼓胀、肝癌等,而胆热脾寒证多见,患者往往因肝郁气滞,肝郁化火,可见口苦、口干等胆热表现,同时,见肝之病,知肝传脾,脾气虚渐及阳虚,可见形寒肢冷、大便稀溏等脾寒症状。柴胡桂枝干姜汤是《伤寒论》经典方剂,为中医临床常用方,对于临床胆热脾寒证疗效显著。

Clinical liver diseases usually include jaundice,hypochondriac pain,distention,and liver cancer etc.While gallbladder heat and spleen coldness syndrome is the most common one.Patients often have gallbladder heat manifestations such as bitter mouth and dry mouth,etc.as a result of liver depression and qi stagnation,and liver depression generating pathogenic fire.Meanwhile,the diseases of liver usually transmit to the spleen,leading to spleen deficiency and yang deficiency,manifested by cold limbs,loose stools and other cold symptoms.Chaihu Guizhi Ganjiang Decoction is a classical prescription in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases,which is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine clinics and it has significant therapeutic effects on clinical gallbladder heat and spleen cold syndrome.
