磺化聚苯硫醚非织造布催化合成环己酮甘油缩酮

Synthesis of Cyclohexanone Glycerol Ketal Under Sulfonated Polyphenylene Sulfide Non-woven Fabrics

摘要 以磺化聚苯硫醚非织造布(SPPS-NWF)作为催化膜用于催化环己酮与甘油在连续模式下制备环己酮甘油缩酮。实验结果表明:当反应温度为120℃,甘油/环己酮摩尔比为1.4:1,停留时间为1577.7 s时,环己酮转化率最高可达96.3%。在连续20 h的稳定性测试中,环己酮转化率仍能保持在93%以上。磺化聚苯硫醚非织造布表现出稳定的催化性能,具有较好的应用前景。 Sulfonated polyphenylene sulfide non-woven fabrics(SPPS-NWF)was used as the catalytic membrane to catalyze the condensation reaction of cyclohexanone with glycerol in the flow-through mode.The results showed that in the flow-through mode,the cyclohexanone glycerol ketal conversion reached a maximum of 96.3%when the reaction temperature was 120℃,the molar ratio of glycerol/cyclohexanone was 1.4∶1,and the residence time was 1577.7 s.In addition,the conversion of cyclohexanone kept above 93%in the continuous reaction for 20 h in a flow-through mode.SPPS-NWF shows stable catalytic properties and have good application prospects.
