燕尾式隧道小间距段爆破振速预测方法研究 被引量:2

摘要 以毛蓬岗隧道燕尾段爆破施工为背景,介绍现阶段爆破振动的预测方法,指出传统萨道夫斯基公式在小间距段振速预测中的局限性,进而提出修正公式的假设形式.在右线隧道采用1 m爆破进尺时,通过数值模拟计算出左线隧道的振速峰值为12.7 cm/s,小于安全允许振速15 cm/s,不影响其结构稳定性,并确定修正公式中的∂为0.48,从而得出萨道夫斯基修正公式具体表达式,为本隧道的安全控爆施工提供参考. Relying on the blasting construction of dovetail type section in Maopenggang Tunnel,the paper discussed the prediction method of blasting vibration at the present stage,pointed out the limitation of traditional Sadov’s formula in prediction of vibration velocity at short-spaced section,and put forward the hypothesis form of modified formula.When 1 m blasting advance was adopted in the right line tunnel,the peak vibration velocity of the left line tunnel was calculated by numerical simulation to be 12.7 cm/s,less than the safe allowable vibration velocity of 15 cm/s,which did not affect its structural stability.In addition,∂ was determined to be 0.48 in the modified formula,so as to obtain its specific form.The modified formula can provide reference for the safe explosion control construction of the tunnel.
