摘要
仰拱栈桥是钻爆法施工隧道仰拱施工的一种必要的非标装备,早期隧道仰拱施工采用由工字钢焊接的简易栈桥.随着对施工安全、质量标准的提高,逐步被更加安全高效的机械装备替代.目前施工中已有自行式仰拱栈桥投入使用,但由于施工过程不够便利、机械化程度不够高,限制了其推广应用.本文通过研究目前各种自行式仰拱栈桥的优缺点,设计研发了实用性更强、机械化程度更高的自行式仰拱栈桥,有效克服了目前仰拱栈桥装备的缺陷,是对传统栈桥设备的一次技术革新.
The inverted arch trestle is a necessary non-standard equipment for tunnel inverted arch construction by drilling and blasting method.Simple trestles welded by I-beams are used in the early stage of tunnel inverted arch construction.With the improvement of construction safety and quality standards,it is gradually replaced by safer and more efficient mechanical equipment.At present,self-propelled inverted arch trestle has been put into use in the construction,but its popularization is limited owing to the inconvenient construction process and low degree of mechanization.In the paper,by studying the advantages and disadvantages of various existing self-propelled inverted trestles,the self-propelled invert trestles were designed and developed with stronger practicability and higher degree of mechanization,which will effectively overcome the defects of existing inverted trestles and is a technical innovation of traditional trestles.
