钢桁梁铁路悬索桥临时吊索施工工序研究 被引量:1

摘要 钢桁架铁路悬索桥自重很大,不同施工方法、主梁连接方式、施工架设顺序对施工过程中的结构内力与线形产生很大影响,因此有必要研究操作方便且满足结构要求的施工方案.以某单跨桁架铁路悬索桥为工程背景,提出边跨无索区加临时吊索的施工方案,并对从梁端向跨中施工与从跨中向梁端施工两种施工工序对结构内力、位移的影响进行对比研究.结果表明,从梁端向中跨跨中施工和从中跨跨中向梁端施工均满足安全要求,但从中跨跨中向梁端施工时的全桥各主桁杆件最大拉、压应力更均匀,且桁架梁的变形较小. The steel truss railway suspension bridge has a large weight.And different construction methods,main beam connection methods and construction erection sequence will impose great influence on the internal force and line shape during the construction process.Therefore,it is necessary to study the construction scheme that is convenient to operate and meet the structural requirements.With a single-span truss railway suspension bridge as the engineering background,the construction scheme of adding temporary slings in the side-span area was proposed,and the influence of the construction process on the internal force and displacement from the beam end to the mid-span and the construction process from the mid-span to the two sides was compared.The results show that the construction from the beam end to the middle span and from the middle span to the beam end both meet the safety requirements,but the maximum tension and compressive stress of the main mast at all positions of the whole bridge starting from the middle span are more uniform.And the deformation of the truss beam is small.
