摘要
本文以西南地区第一座装配式下穿隧道为背景,针对地下工程结构承载力和防水要求高、施工环境限制大、生产运输及吊装条件困难等实际情况,通过研究合理的预制构件分块方式及改进大断面矩形装配式隧道的连接和防水构造措施,提出一种快速、环保、可靠性高的分节段预制拼装施工技术.实践证明,本方法工序简单、拼接强度高、防水性能好,非常适用于大型装配式下穿隧道施工.
In this paper,with the background of the first fabricated underpass tunnel in southwest China,a fast,environmentfriendly and reliable construction technology of segmental prefabricated assembly was put forward by studying the reasonable way of dividing prefabricated components into blocks and improving the connection and waterproof construction measures of large-section rectangular prefabricated tunnels,for the purpose of solving the actual conditions of underground engineering,such as the high bearing capacity and waterproof requirements,large construction environment restrictions,and difficulty in production,transportation and hoisting.Practical practice has proved the proposed method is easy to implement,with high splicing strength and good waterproof performance,which is very suitable for the construction of large fabricated underpass tunnel.
