中药热奄包联合迈之灵治疗慢性下肢淋巴水肿疗效观察

Observation on therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with Maizhiling on chronic lower limb edema

目的观察中药热奄包联合迈之灵治疗慢性下肢淋巴水肿的临床疗效。方法将2018年1月—2019年6月石家庄市中医院诊治的70例慢性下肢淋巴水肿患者按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组35例。2组均给予迈之灵口服,治疗组加用中药热奄包治疗,2组均治疗14 d。观察2组患者治疗前后的下肢周径差值、症状积分、下肢静脉反流时间,并进行临床疗效及安全性分析。结果治疗后2组下肢周径差值、症状积分均较治疗前明显降低(P均<0.05),下肢静脉反流时间均较治疗前明显缩短(P均<0.05),且治疗组各指标改善情况均明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组总有效率为91.4%(32/35),对照组为71.4%(25/35),治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组有轻度不良反应发生,未经处理自行好转。结论中药热奄包联合迈之灵治疗慢性下肢淋巴水肿的疗效明显优于单用迈之灵治疗,且安全性高。

Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao combined with Maizhiling on chronic lower extremity lymphedema.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic lower extremity lymphedema diagnosed and treated in Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into a control group and a treatment group with a random number table method,35 cases in each group.Both groups were given Maizhiling orally,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Reyanbao.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The difference in lower limb circumference,symptom score,and lower limb venous reflux time before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the clinical efficacy and safety were analyzed.Results After treatment,the difference in lower limb circumference and symptom score were significantly lower while the lower limb venous reflux time was significantly shorter than than those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of each index in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.4%(32/35),that in the the control group was 71.4%(25/35),the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were mild adverse reactions occurred which improved spontaneously without treatment in the treatment group.Conclusion The curative effect of combination of traditional Chinese medicine Reanbao and Maizhiling in the treatment of chronic lower extremity lymphedema is significantly better than that of Maizhiling alone,and it is highly safe.
