摘要
伴随着“互联网+农业”的蓬勃兴起,互联网发展在提升农业全要素生产率方面发挥着重要作用。首先分析互联网发展对农业全要素生产率增长的作用机理,并基于EBM Super-Global-Malmquist(EBM-SGM)指数对2002—2016年中国大陆31个省份的农业全要素生产率进行核算,然后采用固定效应模型分析互联网发展对农业全要素生产率增长的影响。结果表明:(1)2002—2016年农业全要素生产率年均增长2.20%,主要依赖农业技术进步的贡献;(2)整体来看,互联网发展显著提升了农业全要素生产率;分地区来看,互联网发展对农业全要素生产率的促进作用在中部地区最为明显,其次为西部和东部地区;(3)互联网发展对农业技术进步具有显著的促进作用,对农业技术效率具有显著的抑制作用。
With the booming of“Internet+Agriculture”,Internet development plays an important role in improving agricultural total factor productivity.The study analyzed the mechanism of Internet development on the growth of agricultural total factor productivity,then used EBM-SGM index to calculate the agricultural total factor productivity of 31 provinces in China's Mainland from 2002 to 2016,and used fixed effect model to empirically test the impact of Internet development on agricultural total factor productivity growth.The result showed that:1)the average annual growth rate of agricultural total factor productivity from 2002 to 2016 was 2.20%,which was mainly attributed to the agricultural technological progress.2)The development of the Internet had significantly increased the total factor productivity of agriculture,which was most evident in the central region,followed by the western and eastern regions.3)The Internet development played a significant role to promote the technological progress of agriculture,but to inhibit the efficiency of agricultural technology.
