基于朴门永续理念的厦门后坑种子社区规划设计实践

Planning and Design Practice of Xiamen Houkeng Seed Community Based on Concept of Perseverance in Permaculture

将朴门永续和种子城市理念引入社区营造和城市建设中,提出种子社区——可持续生态社区经济共同体的设计概念,并以厦门市后坑社区为例进行社区结构、农业文化和生活方式的全面探讨.针对后坑社区的住区空间、街巷空间、办公空间、生产绿地空间和公园绿地5类空间提出相应的营造策略和设计方法,实现社区环境质量的提升、社区农业结构和产业链的完整构建以及公众参与度的提高,以期为社区农业建设和城市发展提供新的思路.

In the study of this paper,the Permaculture concept has been introduced into the community construction and the urban construction.And the concept of Seed community which is a sustainable Eco-economic Community has also been proposed with the Houkeng community in Xiamen as an example to conduct a comprehensive discussion of community structure,agricultural culture and lifestyle.According to the residential space,street space,office space and park green space of Houkeng Community,the corresponding construction strategies and design methods have been proposed to improve the environmental quality of the community,the complete construction of the community agricultural structure and industrial chain,and the improvement of public participation,hope to provide new ideas for community agriculture construction and urban development.
