扶正消萎汤治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Fuzheng Xiaowei Decoction in Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Spleen and Stomach Deficiency Syndrome

目的分析扶正消萎汤对治疗脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年2月—2016年9月期间于医院接受诊治的78例脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,将其随机平均分为两组,即对照组和观察组每组各39例,对照组采取常规西医治疗,观察组则在对照组常规西医治疗的基础上加用扶正消萎汤进行治疗,两组患者的治疗周期均为1个月。统计与比较两组的治疗总有效率,胃内镜检查两组患者治疗前后的胃黏膜修复情况以及幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染情况。结果经过治疗后,患者的胃黏膜均有所改变,在黏膜红白相间、黏膜皱襞、血管显露及黏膜颗粒状改变等情况,观察组改善优于对照组;观察组在治疗1个月后的治疗总有效率[97.44%(38/39)]明显高于对照组[84.62%(33/39)],治疗后观察组的胃黏膜内镜检查情况比对照组明显好转;经过治疗后,患者的血清胃泌素和sIL-2R指标均有显著改善,观察组改善优于对照组,差异显著;观察组HP转阴率(64.10%)明显高于对照组(53.85%),P<0.05差异有统计学意义。结论扶正消萎汤对脾胃虚弱型慢性萎缩行胃炎的临床疗效确切,且可以帮助清除HP感染情况,使患者胃黏膜组织恢复正常,因此扶正消萎汤应用于此类患者中具有安全有效、经济实用的临床价值。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Fuzheng Xiaowei Decoction on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.Methods Seventy-eight patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome who were treated in our hospital from February 2015 to September 2016 were chosen.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Xiaowei Decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The treatment period of both groups was 1 month.The total effective rate,gastric endoscopic examination of gastric mucosa repair before and after treatment in two groups and Helicobacter pylori(HP)infection of the two groups were taken for statistics and comparison.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group after 1 month of treatment(97.44%,38/39)was significantly higher than that in the control group(84.62%,33/39).The endoscopic examination of the gastric mucosa in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group.The HP negative rate in the observation group(64.10%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(53.85%)and the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Xiaowei Decoction is effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.It can help to clear HP infection and restore normal gastric mucosal tissue.Therefore,Fuzheng Xiaowei Decoction is safe and effective in economical and practical clinical value.
