摘要
目的分析比较全当归、川芎、全当归-川芎药对以及当归尾-川芎药对的挥发性成分。方法通过单因素考察确定最佳萃取条件,采用顶空固相微萃取法(HS-SPME)与气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用,测定当归、川芎、全当归-川芎药对以及当归尾-川芎药对挥发性化学成分,通过面积归一法确定各成分含量。结果最终确定条件为称量量0.5 g,萃取温度80℃,萃取时间15 min,解析附时间3 min。全当归药材粉末定性化学成分34个;川芎药材粉末定性化学成分51个;全当归-川芎药材粉末定性化学成分47个;当归尾-川芎药材粉末定性化学成分39个。结论:当归和川芎的主要挥发性成分为藁本内酯和洋川芎内酯。
Objective To analyze and compare the volatile components of Danggui(Angelica),Chuanxiong(Ligusticum)and couplet medicines.Methods The optimal extraction conditions were determined by single factor test.Headspace solid-phase microextraction(HS-SPME)was used in combination with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)to determine the medicinal parts volatile chemicals of Danggui(Angelica),Chuanxiong(Ligusticum)and couplet medicines,determined the content of each component by area normalization.Results The optimal extraction conditions were weighing 0.5 g,extraction temperature 80℃,extraction time 15 min,analysis time 3 min.There were 34 qualitative chemical componentsof tail parts of Danggui(Angelica)and 51 qualitative chemical componentsof Chuanxiong(Ligusticum).The Danggui(Angelica)-Chuanxiong(Ligusticum)couplet medicines had 47 qualitative chemical components.Conclusion The main volatile components of Danggui(Angelica)and Chuanxiong(Ligusticum)are ligustilide and senkyunolide.
