五加生化胶囊辅助治疗产后出血临床研究及对炎症因子的影响

Clinical Study on Adjuvant Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage with Wujia Biochemical Capsule and Its Effect on Inflammatory Factors

目的评价五加生化胶囊辅助治疗产后出血的临床研究及对炎症因子的影响。方法选择2014年7月—2016年1月收治的产后出血患者90例,根据随机表格法,将患者平均分为两组:对照组45例采用宫缩素治疗,研究组45例在宫缩素治疗的基础上,配合口服五加生化胶囊治疗,连续治疗7 d。比较两组治疗疗效,治疗前后中医症候积分,比较两组治疗后第3天和第7天宫腔内残留组织,比较两组患者治疗后生命体征,比较两组治疗后出血持续时间、出血量和清宫率,比较两组治疗前后炎症因子CRP、TNF-α和IL-8水平。结果研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后中医症候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后第3天和第7天宫腔内残留组织均少于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后收缩压、舒张压和尿量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者出血持续时间较对照组短,研究组出血量较对照组少,研究组产后清宫率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后炎症因子CRP、TNF-α和IL-8水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五加生化胶囊辅助产后出血效果确切,可促使产后残留组织排出,减少产后出血量,能够使患者的生命体征得以稳定,降低清宫率,降低炎症因子水平,提高治疗疗效。

Objective To evaluate the clinical study of Wujia Biochemical Capsule in the adjuvant treatment of postpartum hemorrhage and its effect on inflammatory factors.Methods Ninety patients with postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our department from July 2014 to January 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random table method.Forty-five patients in the control group were treated with oxytocin,and 45 patients in the study group were treated with oral Wujia Biochemical Capsule on the basis of oxytocin treatment for 7 consecutive days.The curative effect of the two groups were compared.The scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment were compared.The residual tissues in uterine cavity on the 3 rd and 7 th day after treatment were compared.The vital signs of the two groups were compared.The duration of bleeding,the amount of bleeding and the rate of uterine clearance after treatment were compared.The levels of inflammatory factors CRP,TNF-αand IL-8 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The residual tissue in uterine cavity in the study group was less than that in the control group on the 3 rd and 7 th day after treatment(P<0.05).The systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and urine volume in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The amount of bleeding in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the rate of uterine clearance in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors CRP,TNF-αand IL-8 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wujia Biochemical Capsule has a definite effect on assisting to treat postpartum hemorrhage.It can promote the excretion of postpartum residual tissues,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,stabilize the vital signs of patients,reduce the rate of uterine clearance,the level of inflammatory factors and improve the therapeutic effect.
