船舶废气清洗系统洗涤水对环境影响研究现状及趋势

The Research Progress on Ecological Environment Impact of Washing Water from Ship Exhaust Gas Cleaning System

摘要 船舶废气清洗系统(EGCS)是IMO要求的行之有效的硫氧化物减排的替代技术。但使用EGCS会将废气中相当比例的污染物带到水域中,可能影响海洋生态环境。IMO和我国政府都要求开展EGCS洗涤水对环境影响研究,特别是对敏感水域的影响。本文综述了国内外关于EGCS洗涤水对环境影响的研究进展,结果表明迄今国内外学界针对EGCS洗涤水对环境潜在环境风险尚未形成科学定论,现有的研究结论也未能就EGCS洗涤水对环境的影响形成共识。 The exhaust gas cleaning system(EGCS)is an effective alternative technology for sulfur oxide emission reduction required by IMO.However,a considerable proportion of pollutants will be brought into the waters by using EGCS,which may affect the marine ecological environment.Both IMO and the Chinese government require to study the environmental impact of EGCS washing water,especially on sensitive waters.the research progress on the environmental impacts of EGCS washing water is summarized.The results show that so far,a scientific conclusion on the potential environmental risks of EGCS washing water has not been formed,neither a consensus.
