Operation Optimization of Locomotive Attendant Passengers in Railway Freight Trains

随着近年来铁路货物列车设备新产品的投用和铁路运输组织变化等,对铁路货物列车操作提出了更高要求。本文在大量现场调研和多次专家研讨的基础上,分析了关于铁路货物列车牵引时解除机车牵引力时牵引手柄的操作、具备动力制动功能的铁路货物列车制动调速时的要求、采取列尾装置主机排风制动的措施;遇接触网故障或挂有异物时降弓的处置、遇接触网临时停电或异常情况的处置;制动时使用列尾装置对制动主管的压力变化情况进行检查的时机、铁路货物列车进行贯通试验的时机等规定存在的问题,并提出了优化方案。

With the application of new products for railway freight train equipment and the change of railway transportation organization in recent years,higher requirements have been placed on railway freight train driving.This paper based on a large number of on-site investigations and many experts’discussions,analyzes the operation of the traction handle when the locomotive tractive force is released during the traction of the railway freight train,the requirements for the brake speed regulation of the railway freight train with the dynamic brake function,the main engine exhaust brake measures;the handling of the bowing when the contact network fails or the foreign object is hung,the temporary power failure or abnormal situation of the contact network;the opportunity to check the pressure change of the main brake pipe with the tail device when it is braking,the timing of the through-test of the railway freight train,etc.The optimization schemes are proposed to provide reference for optimizing the handling of railway freight train locomotive crew.
