摘要
目的探讨结直肠癌患者肿瘤转移抑制基因(tumor metastasis suppressor gene-1,TMSG-1)、Ki-67、P-糖蛋白1(P-glycoprotein 1,Pgp1)表达及临床病理特征相关性。方法选取2016年7月至2018年7月就诊的结直肠癌患者30例,在普外科做活检的患者30例。取结直肠癌患者手术切除癌组织标本,通过活检取正常结肠黏膜组织制作标本。行免疫组化染色,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1水平,采用Pearson分析TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1间的相关性。结果与正常结肠黏膜组织相比,癌旁组织和癌组织组TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1阳性表达较高,癌组织组TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1阳性表达高于癌旁组织组(P<0.05)。结直肠癌低分化TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1表达高于中分化和高分化(P<0.05)。结直肠癌浆膜下浸润TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1表达高于黏膜下和浆膜外,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结直肠癌有淋巴结转移TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1表达高于无淋巴结转移(P<0.05)。Ⅰ+Ⅱ期和Ⅲ+Ⅳ期TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1表达差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1间进行相关性分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1间具有相关性(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌患者TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1表达与患者的病理分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,TMSG-1、Ki-67、Pgp1间具有相关性,随结直肠癌患者病情发展,出现异常表达,为结直肠癌的临床诊断和治疗提供一定的理论参考。
Objective To investigate the expression of tumor metastasis suppressor gene-1(TMSG-1),Ki-67 and P-glycoprotein-1(Pgp1)in patients with colorectal cancer and their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods Thirty patients with colorectal cancer who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled in the study,whose tissue specimens were collected by surgical ablation,which were stained by immunohistochemical method,then the levels of TMSG-1,Ki-67 and Pgp1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation among TMSG-1,Ki-67 and Pgp1.Results The expression levels of TMSG-1,Ki-67 and Pgp1 in para-cancerous tissues and cancer tissues were higher than those in normal colonic mucosa tissues,which in cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in paracancerous tissues(P<0.05).The expression levels of TMSG-1,Ki-67 and Pgp1 in low differentiated colorectal cancer were significantly higher than those in moderately differentiated and highly differentiated colorectal cancer(P<0.05).Moreover the expression levels of TMSG-1,Ki-67 and Pgp1 in subserous infiltration colorectal cancer were significantly higher than those in submucosal infiltration and extraserous infiltration colorectal cancer(P<0.05).The expression levels of TMSG-1,Ki-67 and Pgp1 in colorectal cancer with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the expression levels of TMSG-1,Ki-67 and Pgp1 between stageⅠ+Ⅱcolorectal cancer andⅢ+Ⅳcolorectal cancer(P>0.05).The correlation analysis showed that there was close correlation among TMSG-1,Ki-67 and Pgp1(P<0.05).Conclusion The expressions of TMSG-1,Ki-67 and Pgp1 in patients with colorectal cancer are related to the pathological differentiation degree,invasion depth and lymph node metastasis.There is a correlation in the expressions of TMSG-1,Ki-67 and Pgp1.With the development of colorectal cancer,abnormal expression appears,which provides a theoretical reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer.
